Our overseas technicians must always be present during the stages of processing, packaging, and loading of our products. Technicians are highly trained to ensure quality, consistency, weight, and piece count as required by the strict standards set by Piazza's Seafood World, L.L.C. and rigid HACCP guidelines. All of this combined with a constant stream of communication between our staff in the US and abroad ensures our customers that they will receive only the highest quality product without fail.
 
To our knowledge, no other seafood company in the United States currently processing, packing, and shipping from China, Vietnam and other countries has such strict quality control standards.
