The corporate offices and main cold storage of Piazza's Seafood World, L.L.C. are located in Saint Rose, Louisiana, near the New Orleans Airport and about twenty minutes from New Orleans' CBD. The staff has occupied these offices since late 2004.

The present maximum capacity of on-site cold storage plus other rented storage space is approximately 5,000,000 pounds. Piazza's Seafood World, L.L.C. is in the initial stages of planning a new cold storage facility to be completed early 2007. When the new addition is finished, the on-site maximum capacity storage will be 6,000,000 pounds of quality seafood products.
